Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2120 per week.

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: The patient ratio is 30. Equipment includes Draeger ventilators, Hamilton ventilators, V60s, and high-flow devices. The patient population includes adults and neonates. Respiratory care includes nebulizers, ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, and chest physiotherapy.

Floating Requirements: Hospital-wide coverage includes ICU, ER, Med-Surg, and NICU.

10 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
