• 16-20 patients per shift
• Clinic hours 8 am - 5 pm
• 60% clinic, 10% hospital, 30% procedures/surgeries
• Call coverage 1:2 or 1:3 ratio with 15-minute response
• Children's hospital -- pediatric urology patients required
• Robotic surgery and laparoscopic procedures required
• Typical procedures include cystoscopy and prostate biopsy
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
