Job Description Summary:

A Wrap Machine Operator is responsible for the operation of wrapping equipment. An operator performs functions necessary to accomplish complete changeovers on box formers and wrapping equipment, and adjustments necessary to maintain operation of the equipment while it is running to ensure an acceptable wrap.

Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs safely and consistently. 

  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures. 

  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Capable of safely operating machinery and equipment. 

  • Willingness and ability to learn and adhere to quality control procedures. 

  • Physically able to remain on feet and mobile for the duration of the assigned shift (shift lengths may vary). 

The roles are scheduled to commence in September/October and conclude in December, with an orientation date set for September. Seasonal employees are expected to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. 

 

Pay: 

Starting Hourly Rate: $20.85 

Shift Differential: $.50 per hour if shifts start at 12:01pm – 3:59am
