Lead General Surgery Registered Nurse

Based in Asheville, NC, this role supports surgeons and interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced acute care environment, overseeing patient assessments, care planning, and post-operative recovery. The coordinator leads daily clinical workflows, mentors nursing staff, and promotes patient-centered care, safety, and quality outcomes.
