Position Overview

As a General Production Associate, you will support daily manufacturing operations and help ensure products meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided and the chance to learn multiple production functions.

What You'll Do

• Remove damaged or defective products and materials from production areas
• Inspect packaging for quality, proper seals, and date/code accuracy
• Stack products onto pallets following established procedures
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment according to GMP standards
• Identify and report safety, quality, or production concerns
• Rotate between various production assignments as needed
• Support team production goals in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn multiple job functions and adapt to changing priorities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hour shifts
• Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Ability to maintain continuous visual focus on products and equipment
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
