We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will operate machinery, handle materials, inspect products for quality, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Operate production and material handling equipment as needed.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ensure machine guards and safety features are functioning properly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through regular housekeeping activities.
• Perform basic maintenance and general upkeep within the work area.
• Adhere to all facility rules, policies, and procedures.
• Complete additional operational tasks and assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift, move, load, and unload materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
