Full job description
Northwest Women's Clinic, a premier physician-led private practice in Portland, Oregon, is seeking a full-scope compassionate, collaborative OB/GYN physician to join their collegial established women's healthcare team. The practice offers comprehensive obstetric, gynecologic, and midwifery services provided with clinical excellence and individualized care.
The incoming OB/GYN will enjoy an established patient panel and have the opportunity of building a rewarding practice supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team.
Opportunity Highlights
Long-established and highly respected independent OB/GYN practice
Collaborative team of 6 physicians, 2 certified nurse-midwives, and experienced clinical staff
4-day work week; shared call
1:1 MA support
In-house laboratory and ultrasound services
Office-based procedures and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
Hospital-based obstetric and surgical care at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center (Level 3 NICU, MFM services, and 24-hour hospitalist back-up)
East Pavillion Surgical Center access for ambulatory care
Candidate Qualifications
M.D. Or D.O. Degree from an accredited medical school
Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in the State or Oregon
Eligibility for medical staff privileges at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center
Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
Demonstrated competency in comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
Experience with minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and robotics experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered medicine
Position open to new grads
Compensation and Benefits
Two-year guaranteed base salary of $300K, with bonus potential
Comprehensive benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement with guaranteed minimum 3% employer contribution, profit sharing, and CME
4-6 weeks' vacation
