Liberty Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality bedside care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehab community. In this role, you will assess patients, administer medications and treatments, manage care plans, and document in EMR while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, supervise CNAs, and educate residents and families.
