Full job description

Nango (YC W23) lets developers build product integrations with AI. It gives agents and applications access to the APIs their users rely on.

More than 500 paying customers use Nango today, including ServiceNow, Monday, Replit, Ramp. We are a YC-backed team of 14 from AWS, GitHub, Okta, Snyk, Netlify, Uber, Samsara, Workato, and other leading developer-tool companies.

We are hiring a Founding Developer Relations Lead to make Nango known, trusted, and talked about by developers. You will combine technical building with content, events, and relationships—turning what AI builders care about into demos, use cases, and product ideas. You’ll work directly with the founders.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Nango’s presence across the AI developer ecosystem.

  • Speak at and organize conferences, meetups, and workshops.

  • Build relationships with developers, creators, customers, and partners.

  • Create demos and prototypes around agents, MCP, and integrations.

  • Produce developer-native content across social, video, and GitHub.

  • Help the community share what they are building with Nango.

  • Bring ecosystem insights back to Product and Engineering.

  • Track what resonates and continuously improve our outreach.

Who You Are

  • You have built software professionally and are comfortable writing code.

  • You have worked with AI, agents, APIs, MCP, OAuth, or developer tools.

  • You have created things that developers use or pay attention to.

  • You communicate technical ideas through demos, content, or talks.

  • You are comfortable representing a company publicly.

  • You understand what earns credibility with developers.

  • You enjoy building relationships in the San Francisco ecosystem.

  • You thrive when defining the playbook rather than following one.
