What You'll Be Doing
- Working a night shift schedule
- Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, shoveling, and material handling
- Assist with routine inspections and basic maintenance of machinery
- Operate and maintain equipment to support plant operations
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

- Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow procedures
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical capability to perform manual labor in demanding conditions
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
