As an OT Team Leader at Encompass Health, you will coordinate and lead occupational therapy services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You’ll manage daily caseload distribution, mentor therapists and assistants, and ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will guide treatment planning, support quality and safety initiatives, and help patients regain function and independence.
