Join our collaborative five-PT team supporting Atrius Health’s Weymouth Medical Center, where you’ll treat a diverse caseload spanning orthopedics, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurology, vestibular conditions, and more. Grow alongside experienced clinicians with $1,000 in annual CEU support plus two paid education days, while new graduates receive a structured one-year mentorship program tailored to their reduced hours and gradual caseload ramp-up. Conveniently located near Routes 3 and 18 in a multidisciplinary medical park, Weymouth offers suburban convenience just 30–45 minutes from Boston.

Job Type: Part-time, Monday–Friday; flexible schedules ranging from 20 to 29 hours per week. We’re happy to review scheduling options during the interview process.

As a PT You’ll Achieve Success By:
- Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
- CPR and first aid certification required
- Experience with general outpatient orthopedics, either as a licensed Physical Therapist or during clinical rotations for new graduates
Compensation: $53-$60/Hr.. Benefits include paid sick leave, FEDlogic Benefit Navigation, Commuter FSA, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
