Your New Role
Work as an HVAC Maintenance Technician based in Mishawaka, Indiana, serving customers within approximately a 20–30 mile radius
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment
Inspect HVAC systems and components for proper operation, safety, and performance
Clean and maintain HVAC equipment as part of routine preventive maintenance
Check system operation and identify potential issues during maintenance visits
Perform basic HVAC troubleshooting within your level of training and experience
Use HVAC tools, meters, gauges, and maintenance equipment safely and correctly
Identify equipment that may require additional diagnosis or repair
Complete required maintenance documentation and maintain accurate records of work performed
Communicate maintenance findings clearly and professionally with customers
Follow company procedures and established safety practices
Continue developing your HVAC technical knowledge through training and hands-on field experience
