KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America seeks a Supervisor, CNC Machine Shop to lead production of precision components for advanced endoscopic and surgical systems. In this role, you will oversee CNC machinists, manage scheduling and workflows, and ensure rigorous quality standards for medical device manufacturing. You will support setup and optimization of CNC programs, implement lean/continuous improvement, and coordinate with engineering and quality teams.
