Job Details
Manage and assist with a caseload subject to Principal supervision
Conduct discovery, hearings, trials, depositions, oral arguments, mediations, and arbitrations
Collaborate with Principals to develop and revise legal strategy
Negotiate and draft premarital, marital, and commercial settlement agreements
Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and case strategy
Conduct legal research and stay current on changes in relevant law
Perform administrative functions related to case management and practice operations
