The Senior Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to support in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requires proficiency in operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, upholding high-quality imaging standards, and maintaining accurate records and documentation of procedures and findings. Responsibilities for this role also include serving as a resource and acting as a lead while leadership is unavailable. Effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals is essential for providing optimal care.

Position Details:

Location: Mercy Phys. Plaza

Shift: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00a - 5:00p

Qualifications:

  • Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours.

  • Required Certifications: Radiologic Technologist License.

  • Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelor degree program. Current ARRT Registry in Compliance with Continuing Education or is registry eligible with a temporary license. Maintain CPR certification.

  • Other: Requires minor nursing skills.
