Lead Registered Nurse - Medical Unit

UCHealth is seeking a Charge Nurse for our Medical Unit on night shift. In this leadership role, you’ll coordinate complex, patient-centered care, guide bedside nurses, and ensure safe staffing and smooth unit operations. You’ll collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support teams, respond to emergencies, and support evidence-based practice.
