Responsibilities vary by position and location but may include:
- Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
- Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment (training provided where applicable)
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
- Inspect products for quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
