We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly, close-knit team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy connecting with patients, and want to be part of a practice where your contributions are valued, we would love to meet you.

What We Offer

• A part-time schedule of 2–3 days per week
• Thursdays are required, with flexibility regarding your other days
• Consistent hours of 7:30 AM–5:30 PM

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an RDA who is:

• Licensed/registered as a dental assistant in Massachusetts
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
• Friendly, compassionate, and comfortable working with patients of all ages
• Confident in a busy clinical environment
• Committed to providing excellent patient care
• Positive, professional, and willing to jump in and help wherever needed

Experience is certainly valued, but we also believe that a great attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to take excellent care of patients are just as important.

Compensation:

• $43-$52/hour
