General Manager

Zaxby’s is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations of our fast-casual chicken restaurant. In this role, you will oversee team performance, guest service, food quality, and restaurant profitability. You will hire, train, and coach team members, create schedules, and maintain a friendly, fast-paced environment that reflects Southern hospitality. The General Manager manages inventory, cash handling, and safety and cleanliness standards. You will ensure compliance with company policies, health codes, and brand guidelines while driving sales through community involvement and excellent guest experiences.
