Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our outpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll oversee daily clinic operations, supervise physical therapist assistants and support staff, and ensure outstanding, evidence-based patient care. You’ll manage scheduling, documentation, and regulatory compliance while monitoring productivity and patient satisfaction. Working closely with therapists, you’ll support treatment planning, foster a collaborative, patient-first culture, and drive process improvements that enhance clinic efficiency, team performance, and community impact.
