BluCar is seeking a BluCar Support Specialist (BCSS) – Impounds to support our internal team and trusted third-party partners in securing the release of vehicles from storage facilities, impound lots, residences, and other locations. This role is essential in minimizing storage costs, reducing cycle times, and delivering exceptional service to our banking and finance clients.
Duties -
- Act as the primary liaison between Copart, clients, and vendors to ensure the fastest possible release of vehicles.
- Communicate with impound lots, storage facilities, and other release locations to coordinate vehicle retrieval.
- Apply a thorough understanding of BluCar processes and best practices to problem-solve and facilitate smooth vehicle releases.
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation throughout the release cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient workflows and client satisfaction.
Required skills and experience –
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to navigate time-sensitive situations while staying detail-oriented.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and external partners.
- Prior experience with impound coordination, logistics, automotive operations, or vendor relations is a plus.
- Previous experience in RDN, MBSi, and other repossession inventory platforms.
- Notary experience preferred.
