Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing physical therapy in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Client requires availability for one of the following shift patterns: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care workflows.
• Familiarity with restorative nursing programs and interdisciplinary care planning.
• Proficiency documenting in electronic medical records used in long-term care environments.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern options: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.
• 13-week assignment.
• 30 guaranteed hours to start.
• May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
