Internal Medicine physician job in Massachusetts : The Inline Group -

FT/PT
Hours:Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 7 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm, Some Saturdays

Average Patients seen: 1,500 patients per year
Call Schedule: One week once a quarter
Loan Repayment
Compensation: - $202,000 - $232,000 based on experience- Up to 10% salary increase for Spanish Bilingual- Annual bonuses up to $20,000

Additional Info: Our mission is to partner with individuals and families so they can thrive and lead healthier lives by delivering the comprehensive, integrated, and equitable primary healthcare that matters most to them.DETAILS:- Perform holistic, evidence-based medical care services for health center patients- Evaluate, treat, and care for patients, write prescriptions, provide preventive health care advice and management- Participate in student and/or other clinical discipline training activities at the health center- Paid 24-hour on-call medical coverage for one week, once a quarter- Saturday shifts only on your on-call week- Must be willing to work one evening (until 7pm) weekly- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus- Unique 4-day work week (8 hours) with 1 full day of admin time that can be remote
