Travel Avg. patients per day: 4-6 Patient population: Most patients need short term therapy after hospitalization or nursing home stay 1 PTA and 1 COTA on staff along with 1 PT and 1 OT Coverage area: 50 miles of Fort Dodge, IA. This OT traveler will average 200-250 miles/week

Experience: 2 years of previous OT experience EMR EPIC Current IA OT license Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months (required) Must have own vehicle - Mileage will be reimbursed
