Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
Deliver engaging and differentiated instruction in accordance with district policies and educational standards.
Monitor and document student progress to ensure goals are met effectively.
Support classroom management and assist with behavioral interventions as needed.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to promote student success and well-being.
Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Generalist Certification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a school setting.
Ability to work Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM.
Ability to manage a caseload of 6 students, with potential fluctuation.
Comfortable working in a school environment, adhering to district policies, and supporting students' individual needs.
