Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing tailored treatment plans conceived by the supervising Physical Therapist, utilizing a variety of techniques including therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy interventions.
- Conduct hands-on therapy sessions to help patients improve their mobility, strength, and overall functional capacity, following evidence-based practices.
- Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, noting any changes and notifying the supervising therapist to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and rehabilitation techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.
- Work cohesively with the healthcare team to discuss patient progress and contribute to meetings focused on achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or a related field is required.
