What You'll Be Doing
Perform preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance on production equipment, including conveyors, pumps, fillers, agitators, motors, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance and identify potential equipment issues proactively.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders and maintain workflow efficiency.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to maximize equipment reliability, production uptime, and operational efficiency.
Maintain detailed service records while adhering to all safety standards and procedures.
What Are We Looking For
Apply mechanical aptitude to diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile equipment and mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, utilizing diagnostic tools, technical manuals, welding (wire feed and rod), oxy-acetylene, and plasma cutting equipment.
Ability to detect, isolate, and identify irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
Strong commitment to safety practices and equipment reliability.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team setting.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
