Quick Facts: Location: 1448 South College Road, Lafayette, LA 70503 Start Date: 08/03/2026 Duration: Minimum several months Shift: M-F, 8a-5p (in-person only) Hours/week: 40 hours Employment: Full-time, W-2 Licenses/Certifications: Breast Imaging Fellowship required; full COI and LA PCF coverage necessary Experience: Prior breast imaging experience; clean background; no malpractice history Pay & Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible expenses Robust referral bonus program What You’ll Do: Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms at outpatient locations Conduct breast ultrasounds and stereotactic biopsies Perform ultrasound-guided biopsies and Breast MRI procedures Assist in interpretation of breast imaging studies Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams involved in breast care What You Need: Valid Breast Imaging Fellowship certification State medical license with full COI and LA PCF coverage Prior experience in outpatient breast radiology Strong attention to detail and excellent patient communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment: This full-time position at a leading outpatient facility in Lafayette offers a rewarding opportunity for breast imaging specialists to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.
