Travel Job Summary: The XRAY TECH position is located in Broomfield, Colorado. This role involves working in a radiology department that performs general X-ray imaging, including outpatient exams and portable studies. The shift is scheduled for nights, providing an opportunity to contribute to patient imaging services during evening hours. Job Details: Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, Tuesdays through Thursdays, with call and weekends; minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist) certification, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, minimum of 2 years of experience in radiologic technology. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ultrasound, CT, or MRI is not specified; focus on general X-ray skills. Department Information: Radiology - General X-Ray with 3 X-ray rooms and 5 portable units, using Siemens, Shimadzu, and Carestream equipment. Operations: Department performs approximately 20-30 exams daily, including OR, portables, and outpatient procedures. Certifications: Must have ARRT (R) certification. Additional Details: Department uses Epic and PACS systems; radiologists are in-house. The department may require coverage for pain clinics when needed. Shifts may be canceled up to four times within a 13-week assignment.
