Mercy is seeking a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide compassionate, in‑home rehabilitative care across our Midwest communities. In this role, you’ll deliver hands‑on OT treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, helping patients safely perform daily activities, maximize independence, and remain in their homes. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, conducting ADL and home safety assessments, educating patients and caregivers, and documenting in our EHR.
