Full job description
Immediate need for bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Support Representatives. This role is responsible for processing customer orders and preparing correspondence to fulfill customer needs; and provides product, service, and transit information while serving as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and exceptional service delivery. Also, the representative supports order management activities, maintains customer records, and contributes to operational efficiency across the supply chain.
Job Title: Customer Support Representative (Bilingual Eng/Sp)
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Mon – Fri (9am - 6pm); Sat (10am - 4pm)
What’s the Job?
- Resolve customer product or service issues by identifying concerns, determining root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Expedite corrections, adjustments, and follow-up actions to ensure complete resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding inquiries, shipment status, and service-related concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, transit times, and logistics processes.
- Maintain customer records and ensure account information is current and accurate.
- Process customer adjustments and maintain financial account records as required.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in company systems.
- Prepare product and service reports by collecting, reviewing, and analyzing customer information.
- Assist with data entry, reporting activities, and maintenance of operational records.
- Assist with order processing and order management functions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Support product management activities and respond to inquiries related to inventory, services, and shipment status.

- Able to work flexible schedule. (Saturday is required)
- Working knowledge of warehouse systems, processes, and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within logistics and supply chain operations.
- Ability to follow work procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Ability to read, understand, interpret, and follow instructions.
- Proficiency with basic document processing and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
