Direct Care Staff

The Evergreen Center is a private non-profit organization that provides living and learning environments for children and adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities including autism, physical disabilities, neurobehavioral disorders, and other special needs. Evergreen Center is currently seeking full time and part time Direct Care Staff / Instructional Aides. Positions will be responsible for the implementation of instructional activities and treatment programs in the classrooms, residences, and the surrounding community. Bilingual and bicultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

$2,000 incentive bonus

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities required
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to pass an extensive background check
