SPT - Bellingham | Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports PT

SPT Bellingham is a sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic serving active adults and athletes in an open-gym, movement-focused environment, with an emphasis on active rehab and movement coaching.

You will work closely with the Clinic Director and Physical Therapist, treating both general orthopedic and athletic patients with clear structure and support.

Your first 30 days focus on clear onboarding, collaborative treatment sessions, and progressive independence with direct PT support.


What You Will Do

  • Treat patients under the PT’s established plan of care
  • Coach therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and strengthening
  • Monitor patient response and communicate progress to the PT
  • Assist with progression using clinic tools and objective measures as appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with aides to maintain patient flow and care quality
  • Complete documentation efficiently during the workday

Clinic Environment

  • Open-gym, active rehab setting

Mentorship and Support

  • Direct access to the Clinic Director and PT for feedback and questions
