FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based, functional care to older adults in homes and senior living communities around Grundy Center, IA. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized geriatric rehab programs focused on safety, mobility, and fall prevention. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document care using productivity tools.
