Touchstone Communities is seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing for our Stone Oak skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. In this key leadership role, you’ll support the DON in overseeing daily clinical operations, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring resident-centered care aligned with our faith-based, servant-leadership culture. You’ll coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, maintain regulatory compliance, and lead quality and education initiatives while mentoring nurses and supporting families through every stage of care.
