What You'll Be Doing

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations.

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical systems and components.

  • Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.

  • Collaborate with operations teams to improve equipment performance and efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures and company standards.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial mechanical equipment.

  • Working knowledge of preventative maintenance practices, mechanical systems, and tools.

  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established policies and procedures.

  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with the capability to work independently when needed.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and comply with all company employment requirements.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
