The Role

Our Destin office is a growing, referral-driven advisory practice on Florida's Emerald Coast — and it's ready for its first in-office teammate. As Client Relationship Associate, you'll be the advisor's right hand and the friendly, steady face of the office. You'll own the details — the calendar, client requests, paperwork, and follow-through — so the advisor can focus on planning and advice, and every client feels known and looked after. This is a full-time, hourly role with a real runway: grow into a licensed Relationship Manager as your skills and credentials grow.

Your Impact

  • Keep the advisor's calendar, inbox, and to-do list running smoothly — flagging what needs attention now and routing the rest
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and prospects: answer calls and emails, schedule meetings, and screen new inquiries
  • Prep for client meetings (reports, statements, notes), sit in when needed, and make sure every follow-up gets done
  • Coordinate onboarding, account paperwork, transfers, and money movement with custodians and Farther's Client Experience team
  • Keep CRM and client records clean and current, and spot issues or opportunities before they become fires

The Ideal Match

  • 2+ years in a client-facing support role in financial services (RIA, wealth management, banking, or insurance)
  • Seriously organized and self-directed — you own the details and get things done without being chased
  • A warm, professional communicator who's comfortable welcoming clients in person and representing the advisor
  • Comfortable in CRMs and custodial platforms, and quick to pick up new tech
  • Able to work on-site in our Destin, FL office

Bonus Points

  • SIE, Series 65/66, or other industry licenses (or the drive to earn them)
  • Hands-on experience with account transfers, money movement, or portfolio rebalancing
  • Roots in the Emerald Coast community
