REGISTERED NURSE

BJC HealthCare is seeking an Intermediate Care Unit Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to moderately complex patients in a fast-paced step-down environment. The RN performs comprehensive assessments, continuous cardiac and telemetry monitoring, IV therapy, and post-surgical care while ensuring patient safety and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include medication administration, care coordination with an interdisciplinary team, patient and family education, and accurate EHR documentation. The nurse actively participates in quality and safety initiatives, reflecting BJC’s culture of medical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
