Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility to maximize independence, safety, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture focused on dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.
