Job Description:

A care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a patient or group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care for these patients thorough therapeutic use of self, the patient care/problem solving or nursing process; through the environment/instrumentation; and through other health care team members.

Education:
▪ Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:
▪ Preferred: At least 2 years’ Nurse Assistant or related experience
