The facility utilizes a care team model with CRNA support and maintains the clinical infrastructure necessary to deliver anesthesia services across multiple operating rooms. Five general full-time physician positions are available with a start date of November 1, 2026. About the Facility Location Texas offers a range of outdoor and cultural attractions suited to varied interests, including state parks with opportunities for wildlife viewing, hiking, and recreation across the state's diverse regions. Clinicians on assignment will find access to performing arts venues, natural landmarks, and year-round leisure activities throughout the state. The region supports a broad array of experiences across its varied geography and communities. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a care team supervision model during day shifts at an inpatient and operating room facility in Texas, with a schedule consisting of a mix of on-site, restricted call, and unrestricted daily call including weekends; hours are to be determined. On-site responsibilities include supervising 1 to 3 ORs with CRNA support under the care team model. The surgical case mix includes Level II Trauma, Level III NICU, Cardiac, ENT, GI, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Orthopedics, Pulmonary, General Surgery, Urology, and Bariatrics procedures. Board certification in Anesthesiology is negotiable, and relevant experience is preferred; applications from clinicians at varying experience levels will be considered.
