Position Details:
Outpatient only Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Four-day work week for full-time physicians
Hybrid work schedule for eligible candidates
Established patient panel with significant growth opportunity
Predominantly adult and geriatric patient population
Average 18-20 patients per day
Protected administrative time built into the schedule
Gradual panel ramp-up process and onboarding
Minimal phone-only call
Strong multidisciplinary support including:
Onsite pharmacist
RN case manager
LPN care support
Social work resources
In-basket support teams
Team-based MA model
Onsite lab and imaging services

Required Qualifications:
MD or DO degree.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Oregon medical license and DEA registration, or ability to obtain prior to start.
Current BLS certification.
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $237,500 - $384,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
