Seattle, Washington | Federally Qualified Health Center | $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Seattle organization is seeking compassionate, mission-driven Family Medicine Physicians (MD/DO) to join one of the Pacific Northwest´s largest and most respected Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). With nearly 30 clinics throughout the Seattle area , including School-Based Health Centers, this practice provides comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, dental services, and care coordination to nearly 60,000 patients annually . Providers practice in a collaborative, integrated care environment dedicated to advancing health equity, improving health outcomes, and strengthening the communities we serve.
Position Highlights
Outpatient Family Medicine
Join an integrated care team with behavioral health, dental, social work, nursing, and care coordination

Compensation
0.8 FTE. (32 hours per week)
The annual salary range: $166,682.88 to $206,169.60
1.0 FTE. (40 hours per week)
The annual salary range: $208,353.60 to $257,712.00
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and schedule

Primary Responsibilities
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients across the lifespan, including:
Preventive care and wellness visits
Diagnosis and management of acute and chronic illnesses
Care coordination with specialty providers
Collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams
Evidence-based, culturally responsive patient care
Documentation within the electronic health record
Participation in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
Required
MD or DO from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Washington State Medical License (or ability to obtain)
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Current BLS Certification
Preferred
Experience in Family Medicine, Community Health, or FQHC practice
Bilingual language skills
Experience caring for underserved populations
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience or willingness to obtain required training
Nexplanon certification is a plus
