Registered Nurse Inpatient Rehab

TriStar Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Rehab unit in Nashville, TN. In this role, you’ll deliver compassionate, evidence-based rehab care to patients recovering from strokes, orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, and complex medical events. You will perform thorough assessments, manage medications, coordinate therapy plans, and educate patients and families for safe discharge. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll promote mobility, independence, and safety while practicing in a culture focused on learning, collaboration, and patient-first outcomes.
