About Company
For more than 20 years, Ortiz & Moeslinger, P.C. has maintained a singular focus: litigating skillfully and aggressively on behalf of workers deprived of their earned wages and consumers harmed by abusive business practices.
We bring cases under the Massachusetts Wage Act, Overtime Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Prevailing Wage Law, and other statutes. These cases often involve public construction workers, sales commission disputes, unpaid overtime, on-call and travel time, expense reimbursement, accrued vacation, and related theories of liability. We regularly handle complex litigation and have helped define the contours of Massachusetts wage and hour law through our briefing and oral advocacy.
From individual claims for unpaid wages to class actions involving thousands of workers, we have deep experience with cases of every size and complexity. #WHLAW3
