M-F or 4/10 schedule available
23 - 25 ppd on 8hr shifts -- 25 - 27 ppd on 10hr shifts
All ages seen -- chronic care management
Telehealth patients and med refill call-ins included
Simple procedures required -- sutures, I&Ds, laceration repairs
EMR: Epic
Hospital privileges required
Locums experience preferred
