In this role, you will deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to complex transplant and step-down patients, performing continuous assessment, medication administration, and close hemodynamic monitoring. You’ll collaborate with transplant coordinators, physicians, and an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support a mission-driven, faith-based culture focused on safety, learning, and excellence in patient outcomes.
