Licensed Vocational Nurse

Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Texas. In this on-site role, you’ll deliver person-centered clinical care, administer medications and treatments, monitor residents’ conditions, and document in EMR systems. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, CNAs, and physicians to support recovery, long-term care, and quality of life in a homelike, faith-based environment. LVNs at Touchstone grow clinical and leadership skills while serving residents and families with dignity, respect, and servant leadership.
