XPO is Now Hiring Pre-Made CDL-A Team Drivers in Indianapolis, IN Earn $0.974 per Mile, Split - Drop & Hook Freight 4 Days on/3 Days Off - Dedicated Routes

Top Pay & Benefits:

• Mileage pay rate of $0.974 per mile, split
• Hourly pay of $35.42 will be provided for enroute waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
• Typical schedule is 4 days on, 3 days off
• 4,400 - 4,600 planned weekly miles

What to Expect:

As an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in built sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you’ll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you’ll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of 4 days on the road, followed by 3 days of well-deserved time at home. Schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Have a valid Class A commercial driver’s license
• Must have 1 -3 months of experience
• Be a member of a pre-made team. We are only recruiting existing teams, and both team members must apply to this position
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
• Possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements
• Not required to apply, but must be acquired
• XPO offers a $500 hazmat endorsement reimbursement, per driver
